literally stop complaining about not losing weight if you arent sticking to your calorie limit and putting in the work. nobody is going to do the work for you. youre the one who has the choice of having an extra snack before bed or shaking off the laziness and really working out. stop creating a problem for yourself by choosing to not stick to limits and commit to working out in some form, bc nobody else feels bad for you when you dont lose weight. quit wasting time. its sad.
